PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records connected with the impugned order bearing No.AAAAW0007G/2017-18 dated 27.2.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to return to the petitioner the sum of Rs.7,21,42,124/- recovered from the petitioner's bank account in the State Bank of India, Nungambakkam Branch, Chennai pursuant to the said impugned order.
