When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the main case in C.C.No.505 of 2012 itself was ended in acquittal on 19.11.2019 and hence nothing survives in this petition.
Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
