ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in connection with the property which is the subject matter in O.S.No.283 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Harur, by considering his representation dated 07.01.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
