ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the sister of the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.246 of 2020 and the petitioner was called for enquiry in the course of investigation.

3. Taking into consideration the fact and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to issue summons to the petitioners before they are called for an enquiry and it is made clear that they shall not be harassed in the name of enquiry.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
