The legal heir of the respondent / complainant has filed this miscellaneous petition to substitute herself as respondent. Since the respondent / K.Sundaramoorthy passed away on 15.07.2013 and as victim's legal heir, she want to step into the issue of Sundaramoorthy in the above case.

The legal heirs certificate of Sundaramoorthy and authorisation letters of son and daughters are also produced. 3.

In view of the same, S.Mala W/o of K.Sundaramoorthy is hereby substituted as respondent / complainant. 4.

Post the main Crl.R.C., on 01.02.2023.
