O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in A.No.3254 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018.

This Court has passed an order on 16.04.2017 directing the first respondent to immediately restore unhindered and unfettered access to the ERP system of the respondent provided to the applicant in a fully operational and working condition, thereby allowing the users of the applicant to continue accessing of ERP system only so far as the 30 users mentioned in the purchase order are concerned. 3.

Heard Mr.P.H.Aravind Pandian, learned Senior Counsel appearing for M/s.Fox Mandal and Associates, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Rahul Balaji, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for both sides that the order dated 16.04.2018 passed by this Court has been complied with.

5. In view of the above compliance with the order, nothing survives in the contempt petition. This contempt petition is closed accordingly.
