ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing respondents 1 and 2 not to disburse any terminal benefits of late B.Daruman to the third respondent.

However, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that already all the terminal benefits of the deceased B.Daruman has been settled in favour of the third respondent. 3.
Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
