This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29030 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, I am not inclined to modify the order completely, but state that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, shall appear before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
