These applications have been filed seeking to withdraw and transfer the Original Suits in O.S.Nos.3624/2021, 8122/2021, 9080/2021, 3541/2022, respectively, pending on the file of the Assistant City Civil Judges, Chennai to be tried along with C.S.No.352 of 2021 pending on the file of this Court.

2. It is only appropriate that privilege is granted to the learned Assistant City Civil Judges to the City Civil Court in whose jurisdiction the suit had been filed to exercise their right and authority in manner known to law, keeping in mind the directions of the Hon'be Supreme Court in Arivandandam Vs. T.V.Satyapal and Anr., reported in 1977 4 SCC 467.

3. With the above direction, these applications are disposed of.
