Prayer: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 and 2 from intimidating the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute.

2. It is seen from records that there is a landlord tenant dispute between the parties and a suit is also filed in O.S.No.261 of 2018 before the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore and the same is pending. In the meantime, it is alleged that the police is interfereing in the matter and threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and the parties shall be relegated before the concerned Court to resolve their dispute.
