It is reported that the first respondent in the Second Appeal reported dead. The factum of death of the respondent and the proposed parties are the LR's of the deceased respondent. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title in three weeks and post the matter after four weeks.
