This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2002 on the file of 2nd respondent to CBCID Chennai to secure the ends of justice.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that further action in this case was dropped on 23.01.2004 itself, as such the prayer sought for has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
