This writ petition has been filed challenging five individual punishments that were imposed against the petitioner during the years 2009, 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2019. Each of those punishments was pursuant to the individual proceedings initiated against the petitioner. In view of the same, the present writ petition challenging different punishments imposed against the petitioner can never be maintained. When this was pointed out to the learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions challenging the individual punishments. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as sought for by learned counsel for petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
Registry is directed to return back the original orders that have been filed in this writ petition to enable learned counsel for petitioner to work out his remedy.
