Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent relating to his impugned sanctioned memorandum order vide Ref.No.1/2011 CR dated 21.03.2011, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to sanction the educational loan to the petitioner by considering her loan application dated 01.09.2010 without the condition that petitioner has to execute re-mortgage his agriculture land with third respondent bank which is already in mortgage with them for agriculture purpose.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the third respondent-Bank brought to the notice of this Court that the Educational Loan was sanctioned by the third respondent-Bank in the year 2011 and the said Educational Loan was closed in the year 2014. Thus, the cause aroused for filing the present writ petition did not exist as of now and consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
