CMP.No.7940 of 2019 in SA.No.946 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the erstwhile Trustee, in respect of the Temple.

Pending the Second Appeal, the original Trustee, who initiated the suit was dead.

2.Now, one Subramanian is the present petitioner, acting as a Trustee, who wanted to prosecute the Second Appeal in the place of Chokkanatha Chettiar/sole appellant at the time of filing the above said Second Appeal.

3.Mr.S.Jagannathan, learned Govt.Advocate (C.S) appearing for the respondents has not filed any proof of Trusteeship. Subject to the proof of Trusteeship, the petition is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title. Post after three weeks.
