C.S.No.17 of 2020 (Comm. Suit) N.ANAND VENKATESH, J ., The plaintiff is relying upon 39 documents and these documents are marked as Ex.P1 to Ex.P39.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any purpose in directing the plaintiff to lead any oral evidence since the suit can be decided based on the documents relied upon by the plaintiff. That apart, none of the defendants have contested the suit by filing the written statement. This Court, therefore, proceeds to pass the judgement and decree in the main suit based on the pleadings and the documents relied upon by the plaintiff.
