This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 13/04/2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.211 of 2015 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the lorry of the petitioner has been recovered and handed over to him.
