ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 306 of IPC, in Crime No.129 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The case of the prosecution is that there was some wordy quarrel among the deceased one Kumar, petitioner and other accused persons at birth day function, in which, the petitioner and other accused persons had scolded the deceased Kumar and later, he had decided to commit suicide by jumping before the train. Hence, the complaint.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and other accused persons scolded the deceased one Kumar and later, he had committed suicide by jumping in front of the train. In this regard, two accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
He further submitted that the petitioner/accused has also absconded, investigation is pending at the initial stage. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also taking note of the fact that the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and investigation has not yet been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly.
