CR.NO.7/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Grant time for Extension ordered passed by this Hon'ble Court on condition That the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a alike sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned with a period of fifteen days after lifting of lockdown in Crl.OP.No.12677 of 2020 dated 07.09.2020.

S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 07.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.12677 of 2020.
