ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in S.C.No.189 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Sessions Court, Chengalpet and transfer the same to any other Court within the jurisdiction of the Chennai or Suburban Session Court.
2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in S.C.No.189 of 2011 so far 17 witnesses have been examined and the trial is to be completed after examination of remaining witnesses. She further submitted that if the case is transferred to any other Court, which would affect the progress of the trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the trial at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
