O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Vinoth, aged 26 years, directing the respondents to cause production of her husband/the detenu before this Court and to set him at liberty.

3.The detenu Vinoth, Son of Govindan, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenu submitted that there is no illegal detention of him by anybody and that now he is willing to go along with his wife/the petitioner herein.

his wife/the petitioner herein, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
