ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to give Police Protection in the light of judgment in A.S.No.46/2008 dated 26/08/2008 on the file of the learned Sub Judge Ariyalur and Complaint dated 24/03/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner seeking police protection, the petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.42/2015 and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
