ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, calling for the records in Crime No.8 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent submits that the petitioners A3 and A4 in Crime No.8 of 2015 has filed a quash petition. During the pendency of the quash petition, a Contempt Petition No.634 of 2016 was filed by the first wife Anitha Nirmal of A1 - Raja, wherein the parties entered into a compromise and the same was recorded and the Contempt Petition was disposed of on 01.09.2016. One of the condition of the compromise is that case between the petitioners and the second respondent to be withdrawn mutually. In continuation to the compromise, the second respondent has appeared and submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint in Crime No.8 of 2015 need not be proceeded further. Recording the same, the respondent Police has closed as action dropped on 05.06.2017.

3. In view of the above submission made, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
