Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him, i.e the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m in Crl.M.P.No.3742 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33243 of 2019 dated 07.08.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.M.NATRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3742 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.33243 of 2019 on 07.08.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that, the petitioner is complying the condition from the year 2019. Hence, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
