This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 23.11.2011 passed by this Court in M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in W.P. No. 24220 of 2010.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 23.11.2011 in M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in W.P. No. 24220 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that out of a sum of Rs. 1,63,000/- payable to the petitioner, a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been paid and the same has been received by the petitioner. He further submitted that the remaining sum of Rs. 13,000/- would also be paid as and when the petitioner approaches the respondent.

3. Accordingly, the contempt petition is hereby closed, directing the contemnor/respondent to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 13,000/- payable to the petitioner as an when he approaches the respondent.
