ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by B.RAJENDRAN, J.) This petition has been brought forth by one N.Annadurai, seeking the production of his wife/detenue Nithya, aged 32 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the detenue Nithya is produced before this Court by the Police from Coimbatore. The petitioner/husband is present in Court along with the female child. The detenue voluntarily stated before this Court that she is not willing to go along with her husband/petitioner herein. She has further stated that she is residing separately on her own volition. The detenue has given her present residential address at Hosur and the mobile number used by her, which is as follows:- "Nithya, aged 32 years, C/o.K.Krishnamurthy, aged 36 years, No.7, School Street, Pathirappalli, Krishnagiri Main Road, Hosur, Krishagiri District.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the age of the detenue is 32 years and she is not willing to go along with her husband/petitioner herein and she is residing separately on her own volition, this Court is of the view that the detenue could be set free.

4. The statement of the detenue is recorded and the detenue is set at liberty. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpous Petition is disposed of.
