Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Modified condition imposed on the petitioner that the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 19.05.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and thereafter the petitioners is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m. In Crl.M.P.No.8281 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9365 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S P.PRAVEEN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9365 of 2021 on 19.05.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions are unaltered.
