CMP Nos.90 and 91 of 2007 have been filed by the petitioners i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and ii) to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent as respondents 2 to 11 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Ms.Nilapher, learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. All the proposed respondents are being represented by Mr.S.K.Rakhunathan and his name has also been printed in the cause list today.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
