ORDER
This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the the 2nd Respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 21.01.2015 and conduct enquiry in a fair and proper manner.
2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.
3. It appears that the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 21.01.2015. A perusal of the said complaint reveals that the dispute is essentially civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court in accordance with law.
