ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the matter had been settled through mediation. The mediation report dated 10.01.2025 was also submitted along with the Mediated Settlement Agreement(MSA), which has been signed by both parties and their respective counsel.
2. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Mediated Settlement Agreement. The terms of the Mediated Settlement Agreement shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
