ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to expedite the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., in CSR No.233 of 2020, pending on the file of the 2nd respondent, within a stipulated period. 2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the proceedings in CSR No.233 of 2020, on or before 30.06.20201.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
