The petitioner / A1 in C.C.No.8810 of 2019, now pending before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, seeks bail. Crime No.429 of 2019 had been registered for the offences under Sections 379 r/w 34 of IPC.

2.The petitioner had been granted bail and subsequently, a Non-bailable warrant had been issued on 17.04.2023 and the petitioner was secured on 05.07.2023 under PT warrant. There are two other accused who are still in custody. The matter is now posted for arguments. 3.A direction is given to the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to endeavour to complete the entire trial process and pronounce judgment in C.C.No.8810 of 2019 on or before 09.02.2024. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with above direction.
