ORDER
After advancing elaborate argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition with liberty to raise all the defence available with him before the Trial Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his defence before the Trial Court.
