CR.NO.305 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5901 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 in Paragraph 4 made on 30.09.2020 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SATHIA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5901 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5901 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11338 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
