This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a criminal case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.02.2015 and file FIR in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The complaint has been given by one Uvarani, who is a practising Advocate against her colleague Mr.N.V.N.Margandeyan and others. On a reading of the complaint it is alleged that, there appears to be a dispute with regard to the parking of car in the apartment in which the petitioner is living and in respect of which there is a dispute between the occupants. On a complete reading of the complaint dated 25.02.2015, it does not disclose commission of any cognizable offence for the respondent to register a case. Even in the complaint it is stated that, the petitioner has approached the Bar Council by filing a complaint against her colleague Mr.N.V.N.Margandeyan for having issued a notice on behalf of his clients VijayakKumar and Sheela. In view of the above, this is not a fit case to issue any direction. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
