Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant extension of time to comply the condition imposed in the order dated 09.07.2021 in Crl.OP.No. 11833 of 2021 and pass such further or other orders that may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.VELU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 09.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11833 of 2021 to execute sureties.
