The Registry was directed to ascertain whether the petition in R.E.P.No.91 of 1996 in O.S.No.393 of 1988 on the file of the District Munsif, Hosur is still pending. The Registry got the fax message from the District Munsif, Hosur stating that the above R.E.P.No.91 of 1996 in O.S.No.393 of 1988 was disposed of on 13.08.2001 ans subsequently no execution petition was filed. Therefore, nothing survives in the present revision petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
