The writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment of the fourth respondent as a Clerk in the third respondent-Society.

2. It is informed that the fourth respondent has not been appointed in the third respondent-Society and that the grievance of the

petitioner has been redressed. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above writ petition.

3. Recording the above statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
