O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members by abusing the process of law and also for a direction to give protection to the petitioner and his family members and their valuable property.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no such alleged harassment by the respondent police. He further submitted that with regard to the crime committed, the petitioner's presence is required by the respondent police for completion of enquiry. 3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 17.04.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by the respondent police on that day and further proceedings shall go on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
