(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/brother of the detenu, Rajendran, S/o.Late Sundaresa Pillai, aged about 58 years, to cause production of the detenu, before this Court and to set him at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that he is aged about 58 years and there is no illegal detention by any body and that he is living with his wife, who is also present before this Court. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu, a major, that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
