2.Today, when the civil revision petitions are taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is likely to withdraw the suits themselves and therefore, there is no need to give a direction to the trial Court for early disposal.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in these revision petitions. 4.Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
