This Writ Petition is for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent Bank to grant Educational loan to the petitioner's daughter by name Sangeetha, for paying College fees for the academic Years 2017-2018, 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021, pursuant to application filed by the petitioner dated 28.12.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner's daughter has been granted educational loan by the 3rd Respondent and he further submits that the Writ Petition therefore becomes infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
