This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28607 of 2022 on 24.11.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
