respondents 1 to 7.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that on 11.11.2024, notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 was issued soliciting reply. Depending upon the reply, further steps under Section 6 of the Act of 1905 would be undertaken.

3. In the light of the above, no orders are necessary. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
