2. Perusal of the typed set shows that the revision which arises against an order passed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, I am not inclined to revise the order after the period of 23 years.

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. Office has listed the matter before me because the case is shown to be pending with the records. No E.B. is available. Therefore, it shall be deleted from the list of pending cases.
