PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire 1/4

records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.04.2014/Aa.Se.Ni.(SRB) dated 30.03.2015 and quash the same insofar relates to the allotment of the 4th respondent in the 3rd respondent society for the post of Assistant/Clerk, consequently direct the 1st respondent to post the 4th respondent in any other Coop. Society as Clerk in which the Clerk Post is vacant.
