This application has been filed to set aside the abatement in respect of the deceased plaintiff.

In Application No.909 of 2022:

This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants as Plaintiff 1 and 2 and 6th and 7th respondents 5 herein as defendants 6 & 7 in the above Tr. C.S. No.714 of 2016 being the legal heirs of the deceased of the sole plaintiff.

lbm 3.The learned counsel for the respondents in all the applications has not raised any serious objections to allow these applications.
