This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 13.04.2007 passed in C.M.A.No.1 of 2007 on the file of the learned District Judge of Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam confirming the Fair and Final order dated 19.09.2006 passed in H.M.O.P.No. 92 of 2005 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge of Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam.
