These Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 11.12.2018 passed in I.A.Nos.797 & 798 of 2018 respectively in O.S.No.33 of 2005 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Trichengode.

COMMON ORDER The only grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners (recording the memo) is that the issue in all the three Interlocutory Applications relates to the consequential amendment to the valuation in keeping with the amendment of the cause title done to the plaint by order in I.A.No. 866 of 2014, dated 13.10.2014.

2.Considering the short scope, this Court is proceeding to pass orders without ordering notice to the respondents. In view of the fact that the court had earlier directed the amendment of the short and long cause title to conclude with the word 'died', besides the name of the deceased / 1st plaintiff and the relief that is now sought for in I.A.No.798 of 2018, to include the word 'died' after the name of Nagamalai in the plaint valuation slip and to strike of the word ''another'' and in that place to add the word ''others'', alone the same is ordered.

3.In view of the application I.A.No.798 of 2018 being allowed to the extent mentioned above, no orders are required in the other revision filed challenging the orders in I.A.No.797 of 2018. These Civil revision petitions are disposed off. The petitioners shall appear

on the next hearing date and shall commence its arguments without fail. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
