ORDER

This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register a case on the Complaint given by the petitioner on 30/03/2015.

2. This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.58 of 2015 on the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.03.2015.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.58/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
